As world leaders across the globe put aside their differences to stand in solidarity in France after Islamic terrorists attacked the offices of the satirical Charlie Hebdo, killing a dozen innocent people, joining 1.5 million people to make the statement "We are here to support freedom. We will not be beaten," there is one glaringly obvious person missing, specifically, Barack Obama, the president of the United States.
Some of the high profile, world leaders that did attend include; Greek Prime Minister Antonis Samaras, Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, British Prime Minister David Cameron, Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt, European Union foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini, Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo, European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Malian President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita, French President Francois Hollande, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, European Union President Donald Tusk, Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas, Jordan's Queen Rania, Jordan's King Abdullah II, Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, and Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu.
Who did the US send? AG Eric Holder, who is conspicuously missing in all the photgraphs of world leaders standing shoulder to shoulder, arms linked, seen at The Daily Mail.
Many are asking why America's president did not attend personally, did not stand with so many other world leaders? The answer lies in previous statements made by Barack Obama himself.
The 12 second video directly below is from September 2008, when Barack Obama joined ABC’s George Stephanopoulos on “This Week," where we see the first of many statements that could possibly answer the aforementioned question.
“Let’s not play games,” Obama stated. “What I was suggesting – you’re absolutely right that John McCain has not talked about my Muslim faith. And you’re absolutely right that that has not come.”
That "slip of the tongue" was excused, justified and basically ignored (RE: Dhimmitude)..... which was "America's undoing."
In 2009, Obama gave a speech to the Turkish Parliament, to where he stated as part of his comments "The United States has been enriched by Muslim Americans. Many other Americans have Muslims in their families or have lived in a Muslim-majority country -- I know, because I am one of them."
As has been documented by many, including Allen West, American Thinker, Jihad Watch and NowTheEndBegins, there have been dozens of statements made by Barack Obama himself, which again answers the question of why he does not stand in solidarity with those 1.5 million people and other world leaders, and why when he addressed the massacre at Charlie Hebdo, he refused to call the terrorists "Islamic extremists."
A few of those statements made by Barack Hussein Obama are shown below, with the most egegious, of them shown last:

"The future must not belong to those who slander the Prophet of Islam - 2012 Remarks by Barack Obama at the UN General Assembly. It is especially noteworthy that the attack on Charlie Hebdo came as a direct retaliation for their satirical work which offended Muslims by lampooning the prophet Muhammed. It is also noteworthy that Charlie Hebdo did not directly target Muslims alone as they are famous for lampooning high profile figures as well as other religious groups, as evidenced by other magazine covers which offended Christians and other goups.
When Charlie Hebdo caricatured the traditional Nativity scene with a cartoon of a spread-eagled Mary giving birth to the baby Jesus, Christians did not firebomb their offices as Islamic extremists did in 2011, nor did they don masks, enter the office and murder illustraitors and journalists, which belies Barack Obama's MOST egregious statement on Islam, which was "“Islam has a proud tradition of tolerance."

So you see, Islamic extremists are at war with freedom, with the West and specifically America, but Barack Obama claims we are not at war with them, and in answer to why Barack Hussein Obama did not stand in solidarity with all those other world leaders in France can be answered simply. He stands more with the Islamic extremists that believe that being offended is justification enough to massacre innocent human beings.
