President Trump Releases America First Resilience Strategy, FLOTUS Reminds Governors, America250 Battle of Okinawa, And More

By S.E. Gunn, PhDAll News Pipeline

On June 23, 2026, the White House published the release White House Unveils President Trump’s America First Resilience Strategy. This missive (link to the pdf here) details President Trump's vows when he entered his 2nd Term on January 21, 2025. The release states we are being led into a new era defined by strength, opportunity, and an unshakable confidence in our future. There are 4 tenets for this transformation: prioritization of risk, modernization of systems, distribution of responsibility, and simplification of governance. The first domains to receive this transformation will be National Security, the Economy, Public Health and Safety, and the National Infrastructure. This transformation will require coordinated and shared implementation by American Citizens (with renewed civic responsibility and engagement); American Industry (who need to revitalize for resilience); State and local governments (to restore ownership through Federalism); and the Federal Government (to be made the right size and refocus their goal to setting the national direction). President Trump concludes:

As America leads in this new Golden Age of strength and opportunity, achieving resilience across the nation secures opportunity for future generations. Resilience is a multiplier and true enabler of peace through strength, a strategic capability that advances freedom of action for the President, promotes deterrence, reduces consequences, and denies any adversaries or hazards the ability to hold America or our core interests at risk. This Strategy seeks to advance the resilience objectives through a unified approach and distinct set of tenets to guide national risk reduction and reinforce safety, security, and prosperity. Resilience is not about preparing for a recurrence of the most recent disaster: it is about preserving American freedom and opportunity and ensuring we can lead undeterred by disruption. Only together will we safeguard our future, achieve prosperity for generations to come, and sustain America’s Golden Age for the long term.

On June 24, 2026, FLOTUS reminded State Governors that:

Foster children are in all 50 states, but only 23 Governors have pledged to create Fostering the Future Accounts. These accounts help foster youth save and invest, paving the way for financial independence. It's crucial that our Governors protect these vulnerable children, ensuring they have the chance for a secure future. Contact your Governor today and urge them to support Fostering the Future AccountsAct now.

Representative Luna has kept her word to not vote on any legislation that does not have the SAVE America Act in it (so far) along with between 11 and 43 other members. However, it looks like her contingent has forced the dumocrats to vote FOR whatever legislation does not have the SAVE America Act in it.

    4. Declare that, as provided in § 552(a)(1) and § 552(a)(2) respectively, any previously unpublished records either cannot be used to adversely affect a member of the public or that any unpublished record affecting a member of the public may not be relied on, used, or cited as precedent by an agency against a party other than an agency absent actual and timely notice to the affected party.

The attorney for the Plaintiffs is from Al Otro Lado in Knoxville, TX.

A judge has not yet been assigned to this suit.

Next thing you know, it will be illegal to keep track of who attorneys for the Plaintiffs are and which judges are assigned to which lawsuits!

On June 22, 2026, the White House released the statement America 250: Presidential Message on the Anniversary of the Battle of Okinawa (last discussed in my June 24, 2025 ANP Article). This year we celebrate the 81st anniversary of our victory in the Battle of Okinawa. It was a hard won victory with more than 12,000 American service members killed or recorded as missing (a rate of about 1 American Service Member killed every 10 minutes). However, the Japanese list over 85,000 troops and 145,000 civilians in this 82-day battle that ended June 22, 1945. This year, President Trump writes:

Today in Okinawa, the Cornerstone of Peace monument stands where the fighting took place, bearing the names of every American life lost and echoing as an eternal testament to the price paid so that our Nation may remain safe and free in the blessings of liberty.  It also serves as a reminder that from the devastation of conflict emerged an enduring alliance between the United States and Japan that reflects powerfully today in our shared commitment to peace and prosperity.

On this solemn anniversary, our Nation honors the unmatched bravery, valor, and heroism of the proud American servicemen who gave their last full measure of devotion to our country at the Battle of Okinawa—and together, we vow that their courage, their sacrifice, and their abiding commitment to liberty will be remembered for the rest of time.
