Section 1 - Purpose and Policy - EO 14212 Establishing the President’s Make America Healthy Again Commission signed February 13, 2025 (see below). American ranchers and farmers are essential partners in achieving the MAHA agenda. It is US policy to continue to promote advances in precision agriculture technologies. To do this the Federal investment in regenerative agriculture practices, research, and education will be increased to empower American farmers and ranchers to ensure healthy, abundant, and affordable food for the American people.
Section 2 - Ensuring Access to Modern Products and Practices and Accurate Labeling - The administrator of the EPA shall
prioritize registration actions related to substances that can be used as alternatives to older active ingredients, provided all registration actions are taken
review all available data for registered pre-harvest desiccation uses and ensure alignment with safety and environmental standards (including accurate labeling of chemical products)
expedite development of a research and evaluation framework on cumulative chemical exposure that is tracked by statute with a focus on New Approach Methodologies
issue a grand prize challenge for researchers to identify creative solutions for evaluating the exposure, diagnosis, and treatments of cumulative chemical exposures on individual health and identify new, innovative, and cost-effective technologies that reduce reliance on conventional chemical crop protection tools in order to reduce risk to human health
Section 3 - Promoting Regenerative Agriculture Practices and Enhancing Farmer Prosperity - The Secretary of Agriculture will maximize funding for the current Regenerative Pilot Program and expand it's reach to include sharing results with stakeholders. It is expected that this expansion will create new public-private partnerships bringing new capacity to producers interested in regenerative farming.

Section 1 - Purpose - to address the growing health crisis in America by re-directing our national focus in both the public and private sectors, toward understanding and drastically lowering chronic disease rates and ending childhood chronic disease.
Section 2 - Policy - to aggressively combat the critical health challenges facing our citizens.
Section 3 - Establishment and Composition of the President's Make America Healthy Again Commission - Chair will be the Secretary of Health and Human Services, Executive Director shall be the Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy; Members shall include: Secretaries of Agriculture, HUD, Education, and Veterans Affairs; Directors of OMB, National Economic Council, Office of Science and Technology Policy, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and National Institutes of Health; the Administrator of the EPA; the Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy; the Chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers; the Commissioner of Food and Drugs; and any other members the Chair and Executive Director invite.
Section 4 - Fighting Childhood Chronic Disease - advise and assist the President in addressing chronic disease in children; study the effects of contributing causes; use transparent and clear facts when reporting; provide government-wide recommendations on policy and strategy to end childhood chronic disease.
Section 5 - Initial Assessment and Strategy from the Make America Healthy Again Commission -
within 100 days, a Make Our Children Healthy Again Assessment shall be submitted in which childhood chronic disease is identified and described; the threat created by over utilization of medications, certain food ingredients, certain chemicals, and certain other exposures are established; prevalence of prescription serotonin reuptake inhibitors, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, stimulants and weight-loss drugs in America; identify best practices for preventing childhood health issues; evaluated effectiveness of nutrition, physical activity, and mental health programs for children; restore integrity of science and release scientific findings to the maximum extent possible; and establish a framework for transparency and ethics.
within 180 days a Make Our Children Healthy Again Strategy is to be submitted to the president
Section 6 - Additional Reports - Upon submission of final reports, the Executive Director shall recommend updates to the Commission's mission. The Commission shall not reconvene until an updated mission is submitted to and approved by the President.
Of course, President Trump calls out the fake news who denied the problems with the Reflecting Pool were caused by vandals. However, surveillance video captured the suspects in the act (see below). In addition to cutting the liner, sides, and coating of the Pool, they threw fertilizer, fencing, and other debris into the pool. The release states:

Thanks to the quick response by the Trump Administration, and the use of the new advanced nanobubble ozone technology, the algae is neutralized. They are currently working to repair the cuts and other damage caused by the debris.

The HOUSE will reconvene at noon on June 29, 2026.
So the House decided to go on ANOTHER 3-day weekend (after taking a week off). The Senate will be on 'pro forma' sessions until around July 13, 2026. So, NOTHING will get done in Congress (17 days from now).
President Trump has decided to NOT sign the housing bill HR6644 that was overwhelmingly approved by both the Senate and the House until the SAVE America Act is passed. However, he must either veto the bill specifying what is wrong with the bill and returning it or put it in his "pocket," where, after 10 working days, it becomes law even though he did not sign it. If he returns the bill, Congress can do a 2/3 vote to make it law anyway (and with Congressional support in both chambers being above 2/3, I do not doubt that they can force it into law without President Trump's signature).
Let's remember that the Senate plans to be 'off' for at least the next 18 days, although there will be 'pro forma' sessions every 3 or 4 days to make it so President Trump cannot fill open positions with permanent people (to be confirmed when the new Congress is sworn in come January 2027).
Set aside, vacate, and/or permanently enjoin the Repeal Rule;
Declare the DoD Memorandum unlawful under the APA and First Amendment;
Set aside, vacate, and/or permanently enjoin the DoD Memorandum;

I am familiar with the Stars and Stripes publication. It is a military publication for military personnel. It is supposed to focus on military news of interest to military personnel. However, over time, it appears the Stars and Stripes publication has lost sight of this mission in their attempt to 'go woke.' Secretary of War Pete Hegseth put a stop to the 'wokeness' informing Stars and Stripes they would be required to adhere to their original purpose: warfighting, weapons systems, fitness, lethality, survivability, and ALL THINGS MILITARY. I agree with Secretary of War Hegseth's stance. The Stars and Strips should stay out of politics and wokeness and focus on those things beneficial to the military community - editorial or not. If those authors want to editorialize on other topics, they should find publications who publish that type of material.
