Multiple Presidential Messages, Chicago Violent Crime, Border Wall, Nominations, Patriot George Wythe, And More

By S.E. Gunn, PhDAll News Pipeline

On September 2, 2025, the White House published the following Presidential Messages:

National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month:

This month, our Nation unites in prayer and resolves to defeat ovarian cancer—and to bring hope, healing, and comfort to every patient and family suffering from it. Together, with the incredible work of scientists, researchers, and medical professionals, we will forge a future free from the ravages of cancer, and we will make America healthier and greater than ever before.

National Prostate Cancer Awareness Month

This September, we renew our pledge to conquer prostate cancer. We reaffirm our support for the patients who bravely undergo treatment, the researchers who pursue breakthroughs, the medical professionals who provide lifesaving care, and the caregivers who support their loved ones. Above all, we vow to foster a culture, a government, and a Nation that protects the health, wellness, and future of every citizen.

Childhood Cancer Awareness Month

This September, we vow to continue our work to deliver our youngest warriors the support they need to achieve ultimate victory over cancer—and to give every child the opportunity to live the great American life they deserve.

National Preparedness Month

This month, we recommit to ensuring every American community is fully prepared when disaster strikes. We pledge to work alongside State and local leaders to prepare for the needs of our citizens—and we express our unending thanks to every heroic first responder who embodies the strength and determination of the American spirit.

National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month

During National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month, we renew our resolve to build a future where every American has the chance to live free from addiction—and to lead long, healthy, happy, hopeful, and vigorous American lives.

On September 2, 2025, the White House published the article For J.B. Pritzker, When Will Enough Be Enough? The article calls out Pritzker for the violent crime in Chicago noting over 55 people were shot and at least 9 were killed over Labor Day weekend. While Pritzker states they have been "trying to prevent crime and it's been working" and that "big cities have crime" many Chicago residents disagree with him. The article calls upon Pritzker to listen to his residents or members of the city council or even MSNBC (President Trump's most disliked propaganda media outlet). But everyone knows the TDS is strong in Pritzker, so he will never seek assistance from President Trump nor will he allow the NG to assist local law enforcement. President Trump will have to simply make the decision, as he did in DC, to provide the assistance without being asked. But, that will lead to its own issues, the least of which will be more lawfare. On September 2, 2025, the White House published the article ICYMI: “Trump seizes victory in border wall fight with new funding” providing an update on the border wall stating that 100 miles are currently in the works using monies allocated in the OBBB. CBP states 83 miles of wall and 17 miles of water barriers are either under construction or in planning using money from the border wall allocation that was finally released from President Trump's first term.

President Trump's Presidential Actions published in the Federal Register to date:

  • 198 Executive Orders
  • 84 Proclamations
  • 69 Presidential Orders, Memoranda, Determinations, Permits, and Notices

The following Presidential Actions were published in the Federal Register on September 3, 2025 and discussed in my August 29, 2025 ANP Article:

The following two Presidential Actions were signed August 29, 2025 then sent straight to the Federal Register for publication:

1. Continuation of the National Emergency With Respect to Certain Terrorist Attacks cites Proclamation 7463, signed September 14, 2001, and states the threat of terrorism from other countries continues. Therefore, President Trump is extending Proclamation 7463 Declaration of National Emergency by Reason of Certain Terrorist Attacks signed September 14, 2001 though September 14, 2026.

Proclamation 7463 Declaration of National Emergency by Reason of Certain Terrorist Attacks declared a national emergency after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and cites "continuing and immediate threat of further attacks" as the reasoning behind the national emergency. It has been continued yearly since 2001.

2. Continuation of the National Emergency With Respect to Foreign Interference in or Undermining Public Confidence in United States Elections which cites EO 13848 Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election signed September 12, 2018 and adds that while there is currently no credible evidence that foreign entities have altered outcomes of US elections, the threat remains. Most notably, digital devices and internet-based communications can enable persons living outside the US to interfere or undermine in US elections. Everything from spreading propaganda and disinformation [as if our propaganda media and the DS don't do that already] to accessing election and campaign infrastructure can be accomplished through digital and internet-based actions. Therefore, President Trump is extending EO 13848 through September 12, 2026.

EO 13848 Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in a United States Election ordered various heads of agencies/departments to assess and report the extent in which there was election interference. As noted in the continuation, it appears that none of the heads of agencies or departments found interference in our elections by foreign entities. However, I would have them check again since President Trump assigned new heads of agencies/departments for his 2nd term and they might 'discover' records that were 'overlooked' in 2018.

Freedom is the birthright of every human being.

Today's Patriot is George Wythe who was born on December 3, 1726 at Chesterville, Elizabeth City County (now Hampton), Virginia. His father died when George was 3 years old. George's mother home-schooled him until he was 16. Then he studied law with his uncle, passing the bar exam about 1747.

George married Ann Lewis on December 26, 1747. Ann died 8 months later on August 8, 1748. They had no children. George married Elizabeth Taliaferro in 1753. They had 1 child who did not survive infancy.

George's political career began in 1754 at age 28, with his election to the Virginia House of Burgesses. In 1764, he wrote the first draft of the Virginia version of the protest of the Stamp Act. By 1768, he was elected mayor of Williamsburg. When George was teaching at the College of William & Mary among those who shared the magic of Wythe's teaching were:

Thomas Jefferson, third president, secretary of state, minister to France and governor of Virginia; John Marshall, chief justice of the United States; Henry Clay, secretary of state, speaker of the House of Representatives and United States senator from Kentucky; Littleton W. Tazewell, United States senator and governor of Virginia; John Brown, one of the first two United States senators from Kentucky; and St. George Tucker, John Coalter and Spencer Roane, justices of the Virginia Supreme Court.

From 1775 to 1776 George served in the Second Continental Congress. Upon his return to Virginia, he helped draft the Virginia Constitution. In 1779, George was appointed to a law professorship at the College of William & Mary by former student Thomas Jefferson. Later, this position would earn him the title of "The Father of American Jurisprudence." In 1787 he participated in the Constitutional Convention.

Since George had no living children, he included two former slaves, Michael Brown and Lydia Broadnax who were living with him, in his will. But, his grand-nephew, George Wythe Sweeney was also living with him. Sweeney was to inherit most of George's estate; but, Sweeney was a gambler. The more desperate he became for money to pay his gambling debts, the more he swindled his great uncle. Sweeney forged checks, sold George's valuables, and finally poisoned all the household members. But, Lydia survived. Unfortunately, because Lydia was black, she could not testify in Virginia court so Sweeney was found "not guilty" of the murders of his great uncle and Michael Brown. George survived for 2 weeks after the poisoning, long enough to make sure he wrote Sweeney out of his will.

George died June 8, 1806 at age 80 from complications of arsenic poisoning at the hands of his great-nephew in Richmond, City of Richmond, Virginia. He is interred in St John's Episcopal Churchyard, Richmond, City of Richmond, Virginia.
