Records show McEntarfer consistently published overly optimistic jobs numbers which were quietly (and not well reported) revised downward later. The article cites incidents in 2024 as reported by the New York Times 6/6/2024 and 7/3/2024; The Daily Caller 8/23/2024; J.P. Morgan Wealth Management 4/8/2024 and 7/8/2024; ClearStar 3/8/2024; Bloomberg, 6/6/24 and 11/15/2024; The Heritage Foundation, 5/3/2024.
“In March [2024], news reports revealed a BLS economist shared nonpublic information with several Wall Street firms.”
“On May 15 [2024], BLS accidentally loaded data files to its website 30 minutes prior to the scheduled release time of the consumer price index.”
“On August 21 [2024], while the public waited for the release of the job numbers, some Wall Street firms got a head start as BLS released the numbers to firms that spoke to the agency by phone, potentially giving them an unfair advantage.”
“On August 26 [2024], Chairwoman Foxx and Health, Employment, Labor, and Pensions Subcommittee Chairman Bob Good (R-VA) called out the Biden-Harris administration for exaggerating job growth when revised BLS numbers proved an overestimate of more than 800,000 jobs.”
“On September 25 [2024], to hold BLS accountable for its inability to ensure data is released uniformly and on time, Foxx and Good demanded answers from the Biden-Harris administration.”
“On October 25 [2024], after BLS ignored the congressional request and additional disturbing reports surfaced in the press about BLS actions the day of the job numbers release on [August 21, 2024], the Committee reupped its oversight inquiry and sent a follow-up letter to BLS.”
It is clear that President Trump was justified in firing Erika McEntarfer on August 1, 2025. Not, as insinuated by propaganda news, because he was unhappy with the jobs report for July, but for her inability to accurately do the job she was entrusted to do as evidenced by their own reports as well as the report of the Committee on Education & Workforce from LAST YEAR! I do hope that President Trump has arranged for her entire staff to be interviewed to find out what part each played in this delusional reporting followed by termination notices for those who participated. The Federal Register published President Trump's Notice on Declaring a National Emergency at the Southern Border of the United States which was signed on July 15, 2025. The "official" publication date is August 4, 2025. This Notice went straight to the Federal Register. This notice extends the January 20, 2025 Proclamation 10886 (discussed in my June 2, 2025 ANP Article) to include the Secretary of Homeland Security (Section 12302 of 10 USC) to support the US Coast Guard in the safeguarding of our maritime borders and approaches.

Defendants (Trump Administration) issued a notice of appeal on July 31, 2025 to the modified preliminary injunction. The lawsuit claimed: Count 1 - (Violation of APA § 706(2) – Exceeding Statutory Authority); Count 2 - (Violation of APA § 706(2)(A) – Contrary to Law); Count 3 - (Violation of APA § 706(2)(A) – Arbitrary and Capricious); Count 4 - (Ultra Vires); Count 5 - (Violation of the Separation of Powers Doctrine - Usurping Legislative Authority); and Count 6 - (Violation of the Take Care Clause).
New York v. Trump docket # 25-1860 filed in Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on July 31, 2025 regarding DOGE Appeal of 1:25-cv-01144 (described above) contesting Judge Vargas' opinion keeping DOGE from accessing Treasury Records. This appeal identifies all plaintiffs: States of New York, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This document provides a 28-page summary for the case up to the file of the appeal.
I do not understand why these states do not want fraud, corruption, and waste identified within the Department of the Treasury. What do they have to hide that they don't want the DOGE team to find?

I never bowed, and I never will. Let that be your inheritance.
Samuel was home schooled until he left for Annapolis to study law. In 1761, he was admitted to the bar and opened a law practice in Annapolis. His colleagues in the bar gave him the nickname of "Old Bacon Face."
Samuel married Anne Baldwin in May 1762. They had 7 children but only 4 survived to adulthood. Anne died in 1776. He married Hannah Kitty in 1784. They had 2 children, both survived to adulthood.
Samuel entered politics in 1764 when he was elected to the Maryland General Assembly. He served in the Assembly for 20 years. From 1774 to 1776 Samuel was a member of the Annapolis Convention. He also served on Maryland's Council of Safety in 1775. He was Maryland's representative to the Continental Congress and signed the Declaration of Independence. He was part of the 1788 Maryland Ratifying convention and ratified the proposed 1787 Constitution.
In 1786, Samuel returned to Baltimore. From 1788 to 1796 he served as Chief Justice of the District Criminal Court in Baltimore becoming Chief Justice of the Maryland General Court from 1791 to 1796. On February 4, 1796, Samuel became an associate justice of the Supreme Court of the US having been nominated by President George Washington on January 26, 1796 and confirmed by Congress the next day. He would remain a SCOTUS justice until his death.
Samuel has the notoriety of being the only signer of the Declaration of Independence, as well as the first SCOTUS justice, ever impeached. In 1804 the House of Representatives charged him with improper judicial behavior (mostly, it is thought, for being a Federalist). The Senate refused to convict him (much like the past "impeachments" of President Trump). He is the only SCOTUS judge to ever be impeached (although during the Autopen Administration, they kept suggesting SCOTUS judge Thomas Clarence be impeached for, in my opinion, being of African heritage, a Constitutional Republican, and a Conservative).
1. Every law that makes an action done before the passing of the law, and which was innocent when done, criminal; and punishes such action.
2. Every law that aggravates a crime, makes it greater than it was, when committed.
3. Every law that changes the punishment, and inflicts a greater punishment, than the law annexed to the crime, when committed.
4. Every law that alters the legal rules of evidence, and receives less, or different, testimony, than the law required at the time of the commission of the offence, in order to convict the offender.
Samuel died of a heart attack on June 19, 1811 at the age of 70 in Washington DC. He was interred at Old St. Paul's Church in Baltimore City. Although his estate was valued at about $15,000 AND 2,500 acres of land in and around Baltimore, his debts exceeded the entire value of his estate.
The WWII Liberty Ship SS Samuel Chase was named in his honor. The ship was ordered September 12, 1941, launched February 22, 1942, served in Hawaii 1942 to 1948 with the American-Hawaiian Steamship Company, laid up in the National Defense Reserve Fleet in Wilmington, North Carolina from 1948 until sold for scrap on January 19, 1967 for $46,000, and officially removed from the fleet list on January 26, 1967.

‘Dangerous, Derogatory, Harmful, Unreliable!’
Those are some of the exact words used by Google’s censors, aka 'Orwellian content police,' in describing many of our controversial stories. Stories later proven to be truthful and light years ahead of the mainstream media. But because we reported those 'inconvenient truths' they're trying to bankrupt ANP.
