Another Peace Deal Brokered, Abraham Accords Declaration, Newsmax Interviews President Trump On His First 200 Days In Office, Lawfare, Patriot Abigail Smith Adams, And More
On August 8, 2025, the White House published the articlePresident Trump Brokers Another Historic Peace Dealaddressing the signing of a peace accord between Armenia and Azerbaijan who have been in a war for more than 35 years.
President Aliyev stated:
Its a day which will be remembered by the people of Azerbaijan with a feeling of pride and gratitude to President Trump Within several months, he managed to put an end to conflicts in Asia, in Africa, and now in South Caucasus what we could not achieve for more than 30 years We will turn the page of standoff, confrontation, and bloodshed, and provide a bright and safe future for our children.
Prime Minister Pashinyan stated:
Today, we have reached a significant milestone in Armenian and Azerbaijani relations. We are laying a foundation to write a better story than the one we had in the past. This breakthrough would simply not have been possible without President Trumps personal engagement and his resolute commitment to peace.
The article adds to the growing list of President Trump's accomplishments in brokering peace deals between warring factions, reminding us of his successes:
TheAbraham Accords Declarationwas developed by President Trump between 2017 and 2021 during his first term as President:
We, the undersigned, recognize the importance of maintaining and strengthening peace in the Middle East and around the world based on mutual understanding and coexistence, as well as respect for human dignity and freedom, including religious freedom.
We encourage efforts to promote interfaith and intercultural dialogue to advance a culture of peace among the three Abrahamic religions and all humanity.
We believe that the best way to address challenges is through cooperation and dialogue and that developing friendly relations among States advances the interests of lasting peace in the Middle East and around the world.
We seek tolerance and respect for every person in order to make this world a place where all can enjoy a life of dignity and hope, no matter their race, faith or ethnicity.
We support science, art, medicine, and commerce to inspire humankind, maximize human potential and bring nations closer together.
We seek to end radicalization and conflict to provide all children a better future.
We pursue a vision of peace, security, and prosperity in the Middle East and around the world.
In this spirit, we warmly welcome and are encouraged by the progress already made in establishing diplomatic relations between Israel and its neighbors in the region under the principles of the Abraham Accords. We are encouraged by the ongoing efforts to consolidate and expand such friendly relations based on shared interests and a shared commitment to a better future.
The important part here is during the peace negotiations, both leaders signed bilateral economic agreements in which they agreed to participate in trade, transit, energy, infrastructure, and technology brokered by and through the US and benefitting US businesses and Citizens. Isn't it amazing what promises of harsh sanctions and reciprocal trade deals made by the US can do?
As I pointed out in my April 30, 2025 ANP Article, 92% of propaganda media's coverage on President Trump and his Administration is negative, so the White House needs to do everything it can to counter that bad press. Granted, some of what President Trump is doing/has done does not sound very good to the average citizen (like stablecoin, global AI dominance, and putting Israel first over Americans with the "antisemitism" stance). On the other hand, he is doing great things for the economy, women's protection (no men in women's sports or private spaces and that includes the delusional men who think they are women), shutting down the southern border, deporting illegals, making English our country's National Language, etc.See previous articles on these topics and more by S.E. While I agree that non-citizens should be deported for calling for the overthrow of OUR government, I don't care what those non-citizens say about other countries.

Basically, the plaintiffs think that since the Autopen Administration let these illegal aliens stay in the US, they should not be deported.
John Adams and I were "companions in prosperity and woe," bound by affection, sharpened by distance, and joined in purpose. We loved deeply. And in that love -tempered by principle, sealed by sacrifice, we helped give birth to a republic.
Today's Patriot is Abigail Smith Adams who was born November 22, 1744 at North Parish Congregational Church in Weymouth, Massachusetts. Abagail was second of 3 children, all of whom survived to adulthood.
Abigail did not receive formal schooling. As a child Abigail was sickly and that may have prevented her having actual schooling. Abigail also noted, later in her life, that she may have been deprived of an education because females were not normally allowed schooling. Abigail and her sister were taught by their mother to read, write, and think critically. Once they learned to read, the sisters devoured the libraries of their father, uncle, and grandfather allowing them access to English and French literature. She was one of the most knowledgeable, scholarly, and educated women to ever serve as a first lady (although our current First Lady, Melania Trump, could definitely compete in the category!).
Abigail first met John Adams (see my July 22, 2025 ANP Article for his write-up) in 1759 when she was 15 years old and John was 24, when he visited their home. While Abigail's father approved the match, her mother thought John was a "country lawyer" who "stunk of the farm." It took until 1764 for her mother to finally agree to the match.
Abigail Smith married John Adams on October 25, 1764 at the Smith's home in Weymouth, Massachusetts. After the ceremony & reception, the couple went to John's inherited home "saltbox house" in Braintree, Massachusetts (now part of Quincy, Massachusetts). The couple had 6 children, 4 of whom survived to adulthood. Their oldest son, John Quincy Adams, would later become the 6th President of the US
This correspondence illustrates the emotional and intellectual respect the pair held for one another over the span of their courtship and marriage. While John was busy with his law practice and later political positions, Abigail managed the family finances and investments, including her investment in revolutionary war government securities.
From 1784 to 1788, Abigail and their daughter Nabby joined John and their son John Quincy in Paris. She found the long voyage interesting. She quickly adapted to the task of running a large house and even larger staff. She developed a taste for theatre and opera, found herself fascinated by Paris fashion. After 1785, she took on the duties of the "wife of the first US Minister to the Court of St. James" in London, England. She found the English cold. While she was in London she took on the temporary guardianship role to Thomas Jefferson's daughter, Mary (Polly). This led to a life-long bond between the two women.
In 1788, the family returned to Quincy. She spent some time remodeling (and enlarging) the home known as both Peacefield and Old House. This home still stands today and is part of the Adams National Historical Park.
Abigail was Second Lady of the US from April 21, 1789 to March 4, 1797. She was First Lady from March 4, 1797 to March 4, 1801, succeeding Martha Washington who held the position while her husband, George, was President. As FLOTUS, Abigail held a large dinner party each week, made frequent public appearances, and was in charge of the 4th of July party in the city of Philadelphia each year. Abigail was politically active and her political opponents took to calling her Mrs. President. Abigail was known to plant positive stories about her husband in the press. She supported John fully, including his policies like the Alien and Sedition Acts. Of these 4 Acts only 1 remains: Alien Enemies Act of 1798 as amended in 1918. Under this law, the president could authorize the arrest, relocation, or deportation of any person over the age of 14 who hailed from a foreign enemy country. This act iscodified as sections 4067 to 4070 of the Revised Statutes (50 U.S.C. 2124). President Trump is currently using this act to deport illegal alien members of terrorist designated gangs.
In 1800, Abigail was the first FLOTUS to reside at the White House in Washington, DC when she and John moved into the brand new White House for the last 4 months of John's term.
Abigail, who was never totally hale of health, saw her health decline drastically the last few years of her life. She died of typhoid fever October 28, 1818 at 73 years of age at Peacefield in Quincy, Massachusetts. She was the first Adams interred in what became the family crypt at the United First Parish Church in Quincy. John died of a heart attack on July 4, 1826 at age 90. He, along with their son John Quincy Adams and John Quincy's wife, Louisa, are buried in the family crypt.
