On August 7, 2025 President Trump held an awards ceremony to honor those who have received a Purple Heart for their extraordinary service to our country as a member of our military. (See my August 7, 2025 ANP Article for particulars on the medal itself.)
President Trump signed 3 EOs on August 7, 2025:
1. EOGuaranteeing Fair Banking For All Americansaddresses the "debanking" we have seen occurring, not only since 2020 but well before then when banks were trying to debank firearms dealers and medical marajuana businesses, specifically, and other businesses and individuals particularly. The purpose of this EO acknowledges that financial institutions have engaged in unacceptable practices to restrict law-abiding individuals' and businesses' access to financial services.The EO mentions "Operation Chokepoint" as a well-documented means by which the government pushed financial institutions to minimize their involvement with businesses and individuals doing things the government did not like - even if those things were within their rights as citizens. This extended government's reach not only to businesses it did not like but now to individuals who were engaging in speech the government did not like (like religious speech, political speech, etc.).
This EO sets a new policy to wit:
no American should be denied access to financial services because of their constitutionally or statutorily protected beliefs, affiliations, or political views, and to ensure that politicized or unlawful debanking is not used as a tool to inhibit such beliefs, affiliations, or political views. Banking decisions must instead be made on the basis of individualized, objective, and risk-based analyses.
I don't know about you but the "risk-based analyses" sounds kind of like the loophole banks will use to continue debanking. I can see them making a case of "risk" for individuals they want to debank.
The EO gives Federal banking regulators 180 days to fix it. The SBA has 60 days to give notice to those financial institutions with whom they do business. It also gives 120 days to "fix" the situation for those who have been debanked within the SBA.
The EO also tasks the Secretary of the Treasury and Assistant to the President for Economic Policy to develop a comprehensive plan to stop this process across all economic sectors within 180 days.
The accompanyingFact Sheet: President Donald J. Trump Guarantees Fair Banking for All Americansexplains that the goal of the EO is to prohibit political or unlawful debanking of any customer (business or individual). It orders the Treasury Secretary to set new banking rules prohibiting unfair banking practices currently in use and to prevent those banking regulations from affecting the digital assets industry. The Fact Sheet goes on to remind us that President Trump is protecting our constitutional rights as he continues to reduce regulatory overreach stifling businesses and individuals.
2. EODemocratizing Access to Alternative Assets for 401(K) Investorsdoes exactly what you think it might: allows for "digital assets" to become part of your investment. In this EO President Trump orders his administration to reduce regulatory burdens that prevent American workers from achieving asset diversification which might lead to higher returns thereby creating a dignified, comfortable retirement.
This EO sets new policy ensuring every American has the right to include alternative assets in their investments. You can't push digital assets in you don't force retirement plan administrators/holders to allow their customers to add them to their portfolio. The EO goes on to identify alternative assets as:
(i) private market investments, including direct and indirect interests in equity, debt, or other financial instruments that are not traded on public exchanges, including those where the managers of such investments, if applicable, seek to take an active role in the management of such companies;
(ii) direct and indirect interests in real estate, including debt instruments secured by direct or indirect interests in real estate;
(iii) holdings in actively managed investment vehicles that are investing in digital assets;
(iv) direct and indirect investments in commodities;
(v) direct and indirect interests in projects financing infrastructure development; and
(vi) lifetime income investment strategies including longevity risk-sharing pools.
The accompanyingFact Sheet: President Donald J. Trump Democratizes Access to Alternative Assets for 401(k) Investorsexplains that the goal is to provide better returns for Americans for their retirement through the inclusion of alternative assets. The EO touts "diversity" as a solution to make your retirement plan more secure. The Fact Sheet states that president Trump wants all Americans to have retirement security and he believes that this EO will enhance Americans' financial opportunities.
Every tax dollar the Government spends should improve American lives or advance American interests.
Followed by the fact that the Government has been ineffective in following up on these grants. Many programs of study these grants have funded are unable to be replicated by others (a core standard in science). In addition, people have resigned over accusations of data falsification. [And studies have been pulled from scientific journals for falsification; however, the process to pull these studies occurs well after the findings go viral and the correction rarely makes it into the propaganda media that made the false findings go viral in the first place.]
The goal of this EO is to strengthen oversight and coordination of the grant making process. Ensuring only that research that would benefit the American people receives funding. The EO sets forth minimum instructions for agency heads to follow to evaluate grant proposals before funding the research. The EO also warns senior appointees that their designees are not authorized to defer this decision making process to others. Some factors that will now be required to be followed are:
(i) Discretionary awards must, where applicable, demonstrably advance the Presidents policy priorities.
(ii) Discretionary awards shall not be used to fund, promote, encourage, subsidize, or facilitate:
(A) racial preferences or other forms of racial discrimination by the grant recipient, including activities where race or intentional proxies for race will be used as a selection criterion for employment or program participation;
(B) denial by the grant recipient of the sex binary in humans or the notion that sex is a chosen or mutable characteristic;
(C) illegal immigration; or
(D) any other initiatives that compromise public safety or promote anti-American values.
(iii) All else being equal, preference for discretionary awards should be given to institutions with lower indirect cost rates.
(iv) Discretionary grants should be given to a broad range of recipients rather than to a select group of repeat players. Research grants should be awarded to a mix of recipients likely to produce immediately demonstrable results and recipients with the potential for potentially longer-term, breakthrough results, in a manner consistent with the funding opportunity announcement.
(v) Applicants should commit to complying with administration policies, procedures, and guidance respecting Gold Standard Science.
(vi) Discretionary awards should include clear benchmarks for measuring success and progress towards relevant goals and, as relevant for awards pertaining to scientific research, a commitment to achieving Gold Standard Science.
(vii) To the extent institutional affiliation is considered in making discretionary awards, agencies should prioritize an institutions commitment to rigorous, reproducible scholarship over its historical reputation or perceived prestige. As to science grants, agencies should prioritize institutions that have demonstrated success in implementing Gold Standard Science.
Having participated in the grant application process, I, personally, think these 'new' principals will go far to ensure more useful research is performed to benefit the American public (and others).
The EO goes on to state that within 30 days agency heads shall submit reports to the Director of their review of current grants and which ones will be terminated based on the new "America First" criterion. It also directs that future grants contain specific language that requires the grantee to obtain authorization before making changes to the research that was funded; obtain permission from the granting agency to draw funds; and requires written explanations, with specifics, to withdraw grant funds for use.
The accompanyingFact Sheet: President Donald J. Trump Stops Wasteful Grantmakingexplains that the goal of the EO is to end grant abuse and end wasting taxpayer money on frivolous grants that will not benefit the American population. Grants will be made for research that promotes American values, Trump Administration policies, and will be useful to Americans in their daily lives. Finally, grants should be based on MERIT not on the ability to hire lawyers and grant writers.
On August 7, 2025, aPresidential Memoranda Ensuring Transparency in Higher Education Admissionswas sent to the Secretary of Education ordering the department to revise its presentation of Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) data such that is is more easily accessible and understandable for both parents and students. The memo also gives a 120 day deadline for this revision to be initiated as well as to incorporate data that will provide more transparency into the admissions process. The Secretary is ordered to increase checks on submitted data for accuracy.
On August 7, 2025 the White House also released 2 articles:
1.Apples $600 Billion Commitment to Boost U.S. Manufacturingstating that Apple CEO Tim Cook announced an additional $100,000,000,000 over the next 4 years to bring manufacturing back to US soil from overseas. It lists a variety of propaganda media sites that touted this "accomplishment" but neglected to mention my August 7, 2025 ANP Articlewhere I posted the full video of the Apple announcement.

I realize that articles like these need to be published because the propaganda media is over 92% negative when they report on the actions occurring in the Trump White House. That said, I think ALL politicians should be matching up their "promises" to their actions and publish those results, frequently. I have no idea what my legislators are up to in Congress (somehow my state went with Trump for president but democrats for Congress?) but I would like to know what they are doing beyond grifting our tax dollars!
60 Presidential Orders, Memoranda, Determinations, Permits, and Notices
On August 8, 2025, the Federal Register published EO 14328Establishing the White House Task Force on the 2028 Summer Olympics which was signed August 5, 2025 and was discussed in my August 6, 2025 ANP Article.
On August 6, 2025, the Presidential DocumentContinuation of the National Emergency With Respect to the Advancement by Countries of Concern in Sensitive Technologies and Products Critical for the Military, Intelligence, Surveillance, or Cyber-Enabled Capabilities of Such Countries was sent straight to the Federal Register for publication. It was published in the Federal Register on August 8, 2025. The declaration states that on August 9, 2023, EO 14105, signed by President Autopen, declaring a National Emergency in regards to an unusual and extraordinary threat to our National Security in that sourcing components, minerals, and other parts critical for our military, intelligence, surveillance, or cyber-enabled capabilities. This continuation states that the threat remains. Other countries are in control of what pieces and parts we receive for our National Security infrastructure AND how much we will pay to receive them. President Trump is working hard, through a series of EOs demanding that we produce what we need here at home; hence the business provisions in the OBBB. Encouraging businesses to return to the US to produce what we need here at home.

On August 1, 2025, a new lawsuit Americans United for Separation of Church and States v. United States docket # 1:25-cv-06366 was filed in District Court SD New York over the arrests being made at courthouses. The lawsuit charges: 1. Violation of the Administrative Procedure Act, 5 U.S.C. 706(2)(A): The ICE Courthouse Arrest Policy Is Arbitrary and Capricious Count Raised by All Plaintiffs Against All DHS Defendants; 2. Violation of the Administrative Procedure Act, 5 U.S.C. 706(2)(C); Immigration and Nationality Act The ICE Courthouse Arrest Policy Exceeds Statutory Authority Count Raised by All Plaintiffs Against All DHS Defendants; 3. I do not understand what part of "these people are in OUR country ILLEGALLY and are therefore subject to the laws of their originating country - NOT OURS these people do not understand!. Their "due process" is the declaration they are here illegally and are therefore subject to immediate deportation by our Immigration laws.
On August 2, 2025, a new lawsuit African Communities Together v. Lyonsdocket # 4:25-cv-03585 was filed in District Court SD Texas over the Trump Administration's Immigrant Registration Policy that requires fingerprints and other biometric data be submitted to the government. The lawsuit charges:1. As I mentioned in my July 30, 2025 ANP Articlemany countries REQUIRE biometric data before they allow you in their country. Everything from making a copy of the information page of your passport to taking your picture (usually looking your worst, as you get off the plane and haven't had the opportunity to 'freshen up' from what is usually many, many hours of travel) and some even require fingerprints. Sometimes they even look to see where else you have been prior to arriving in their country. When you apply for a visa, you are required to send your passport to the foreign consulate and let them have it for 1-3 days so they can issue you a visa to visit their country. When we realize that illegal aliens dump their IDs either before they cross illegally or shortly after they reach our soil, it is imperative that we have a way to find out who they are. Not only so they can be investigated to see if they are terrorists (including members of gangs designated as terrorist groups); but, to also determine if they have already been deported from our country in the past. It is too easy right now for illegals to 'slip through the cracks' of the security of our country. We NEED to improve our border security, seal those cracks, and make sure we catch every single one of them who break our laws, starting with being here illegally.
On August 5, 2025, a new lawsuit Doe v. Department of Homeland Securitydocket # 1:25-cv-02547 was filed in District Court, District of Columbia over a FOIA request on Anti-Christian Investigations which seeks information related to anti-Christian bias in investigations during the Autopen Administration. The lawsuit charges:51. Plaintiff repeats the allegations in the foregoing paragraphs and incorporates them as though fully set forth herein; 52. Plaintiff has a legal right under the FOIA to obtain the specific records sought in the FOIA Request; 53. Defendant was required to notify Plaintiff the agencys determination within thirty working days after receiving the request. See 5 U.S.C. 552(a)(6)(A), (a)(6)(B); 54. Defendant violated the law by failing to respond to the FOIA Request in a timely manner, to conduct a reasonable search for records responsive to the FOIA Request, and to promptly make the requested records available to Plaintiff. 5 U.S.C. 552(a); 55. Defendant currently has possession, custody, or control of the requested records.
I am in agreement with this suit. There is no reason for this FOIA to have been ignored.
On August 5, 2025, the Preliminary Injunction was held in the lawsuit Washington v. FEMAdocket # 1:25-cv-12006 filed in District Court D, Massachusetts on July 16, 2025, over Federal Grant terminations by REMA and termination of the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities program. The lawsuit charges:1. Violation of the Separation of Powers (Termination of BRIC Program Substantially Reducing Mitigation Functions); 2. Administrative Procedure Act Agency Action Contrary to Law, 5 U.S.C. 706(2)(A)(C) (Termination of BRIC Program Substantially Reducing Mitigation Functions); 3. Violation of the Separation of Powers (Repurposing BRIC Funds); 4. Administrative Procedure Act Agency Action Contrary to Law, 5 U.S.C. 706(2)(A)(C) (Repurposing BRIC Funds); 5. Violation of the Separation of Powers, Appropriations Clause, Spending Clause (Withholding Appropriated Funds); 6. Administrative Procedure Act Agency Action Contrary to Law, 5 U.S.C. 706(2)(A)(C) (Withholding Appropriated Funds); 7. Violation of the Appointments Clause (Termination of BRIC Program No Authority to Act as Administrator); 8. Administrative Procedure Act Agency Action Contrary to Law, 5 U.S.C. 706(2)(A)(C) (Termination of BRIC Program No Authority to Act as Administrator); 9. Equitable Ultra Vires (BRIC Termination, Withholding Appropriated Funds, Repurposing BRIC Funds). The Preliminary Injunctionstates only that the government is prohibited from spending the funds until the court is able to render a final judgement.
So, the funds are NOT returned, the program is NOT reinstated, the funds are simply "sequestered" until the case can be fully heard and judged. So, this is not a 'win' for either side of the lawsuit. It's only a temporary 'stall' until the full details can be reviewed.
On August 5, 2025, the Preliminary Injunction was held in the lawsuit Launch Alaska v. Department of Navy, Office of Naval Researchdocket # 3:25-cv-00141 filed in District Court D, Alaska on July 1, 2025 about Federal Grant Terminations, specifically a grant that was part of the ARCTIC program. The lawsuit seeks:Injunctive Relief under the Administrative Procedure Act 5 U.S.C. 701 et seq. requesting the termination of the grant be rescinded. The Preliminary Injunction was held in favor of the plaintiffs and the Navy's motion to dismiss is denied and the Navy must treat the grant as if it were still active "unless it complies with the procedural requirements contained in 2 C.F.R. 200.340(a)(4) and 200.341(a) and the APA."
"You took our free money away and now we can't pay our people or do other stuff, so give the money back" seems to be the cry of the loony left in all these "you cancelled my grant" lawsuits.
It is the duty of every man to act in whatever station his country may call him to in times of distress. I simply did what had to be done. Freedom has costs. Now what we so dearly bought is for you to keep.
Today's Patriot is Robert Morris Jr who was born January 20, 1734 in Liverpool, England. His mother died in 1736, so he was raised by his maternal grandmother in England until he was 13. It is thought that Robert's parents were not married at the time of his birth.
In 1747, Robert left England for Oxford, Maryland to join his father, a tobacco agent (whooriginated the tobacco inspection law which passed even though it had massive opposition). In 1749, Robert was sent to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as an apprentice under Charles Willing to study business and finance. His father died in 1750 leaving everything to Robert.. Robert continued his apprenticeship until Charles died in 1754. By 1757, Robert partnered with Charles' son, Thomas and their firm, Willing, Morris, & Company was actively shipping goods as well as engaging in banking, insurance, and underwriting vessels.
Although he was British by birth and childhood, when the British taxes started impacting his business negatively, he had to take a stand. And that stand was against his British heritage. He was against the 1765 Stamp Act. He joined other merchants to pressure John Hughes into not collecting the new tax. While the Crown repealed the tax, other avenues of taxation were researched and attempted to be implemented over time (tyranny never relents).
Robert did not want to be involved in politics, although he did accept a position as port warden, and allowed his partner, Thomas, to be the 'face' of the company. As such, Thomas and others called for a congress of all the colonies to respond to Britain's attempt at taxing the colonies. While Robert was not a member of the First Continental Congress, he met with many of the delegates, befriending many. In 1774, Robert was elected to the Philadelphia Committee to enforce the agreed upon boycott of British goods.
Robert did father a child out of wedlock around 1763 (before marrying Mary) whom he supported. They remained in contact until death.
In 1769, Robert married Mary White (1749-1827) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was 35 and she was 20. They had 8 children, all of whom lived to adulthood. They attended the Anglican Christ Church, the same church as Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Willing (his partner), and other leading citizens of Philadelphia.
By 1775 he was considered the richest man in America. By April 1775, the Revolutionary War started and the Second Continental Congress appointed George Washington as head of the Continental Army. Robert was appointed to the newly formed Committee of Safety to supervise defenses. He served as the committee chairman when Benjamin Franklin was unavailable to fulfill that role. He also became the main supplier of gunpowder for the army. By October 1775, he was so embroiled in politics he ran for, and won, election to the Pennsylvania Provincial Assembly. The Assembly then selected Robert as a delegate to the Second Continental Congress.
While in Congress, he supervised the secret procurement of ammunition and arms for the army. He also oversaw the Continental Navy and Committee of Secret Correspondence (where relations with other countries were sought). He became a key figure on the Marine committee becoming the "de facto commander" of the Navy. He was, given his background of being a prosperous merchant, unsurprisingly a proponent of free trade. When Britain passed the Prohibitory Act to seize US ships/goods, and others were clamoring for war, Robert was still reticent hoping for reconciliation. Knowing this, he was purposefully absent for the final vote on independence. Much to his surprise, he was kept in Congress, being the only anti-independence representative to retain his position in the Congress.
From 1776-1778 Robert continued to supply arms & ammunition as well as to export American goods. He took a number of actions to disrupt Britain's command of the seas & shipping lanes. He was accused of "war profiteering" (we seem to be seeing a lot of this in current times), but was found innocent of the charges by a congressional investigation.
In 1784, Robert, along with other investors, underwrote the first American vessel, Empress of China, to visit the Chinese mainland, thus beginning US trade with China. In 1787, at the Constitutional Convention, he was one of Pennsylvania's first Senators.
In 1789, when General Washington became President Washington, the country was basically broke. The country's capital seat was in Philadelphia. Robert and his wife invited President Washington and his family to live in their Philadelphia home. The Washingtons stayed in Robert's mansion for both of the President's terms of office while Robert and his family lived next door.
Robert invested in millions of acres of frontier land, but went bankrupt before the boom came. He spent 3 years in debtor's prison(1798 to 1801), followed by living in "modest circumstances" for the remainder of his life.
Robert died in May 8, 1806 at age 72, in Philadelphia from complications of poor health induced while he was in debtor's prison. He is interred in the family vault of William White in the churchyard of Christ Church in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Robert established the firstBank of North Americaon May 17, 1781 when he was Superintendent of Finance. However, the Pennsylvania government did not like the privileges granted to the bank, so they reincorporated it under state law making it unsuitable to be a National Bank under the US Constitution. By February 25, 1791, Congress chartered the First Bank of the USas the first national bank. Neither of these banks served the functions that our current central bank does.
Robert has the distinction of being one of only two men to sign all 3 of our country's founding documents: The Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, and Constitution. His image, along with George Washington and Benjamin Franklin still graces the interior of the Capitol dome.

Dangerous, Derogatory, Harmful, Unreliable!
Those are some of the exact words used by Googles censors, aka 'Orwelliancontent police,' in describing many of our controversial stories.Stories later proven to be truthful and light years ahead of the mainstream media. But because we reported those 'inconvenient truths' they're trying to bankrupt ANP.
